How does ordering a custom glass work?
1. You pick out a glass and pay for your glass.
2. You send us a message through the contact page on this website - barmoncreations2016.com with your email address or simply leave your email when you check out.
3. We will contact you within 48 hours to begin your custom glass.
4. If you have pictures of what you want that is great and will speed up the process. If not, after our initial discussion with you about what you are looking for, we will send you a couple of images to choose from.
5. We will then apply your image to your glass and send you a picture for your approval before we bake the glass. ONCE WE BAKE YOUR GLASS IT IS TOO LATE TO CHANGE THE IMAGE IN ANY WAY.
6. If embellishments are needed, beads, ribbons, floral sprays for your event we will then add them after the glass has been baked and send you another picture.
7. Your glass will not be shipped until you have approved the final product, but remember once you approve the painted image we cannot change it.

*Remember that what your monitor shows you may not be what my monitor or my camera sees. Rest assured if you ask for teal or champagne or Santa red, that is exactly what you will get. If you have a color in mind, but not sure what it is called, we do suggest going to a craft store and getting a brand name with a color name or number. What Martha Stewart calls red may not be exactly the same as what CraftSmart calls red.
 * Sorry we do not do glass etching.
